The following are the terms and conditions for LMS Platform online exams portal. By submitting our online registration form for online exams you are accepting to the following terms and conditions.

Definition of Terms: LMS Platform - LMS Platform, User - online exam buyer, the student, service buyer, website visitor.

  1. LMS Platform has every right to change/delete/add the content on the portal without any announcement. User/buyer is limited to the content and exams provided by the portal.
  2. LMS Platform can suspend an online exam without notice due to unavoidable reasons.
  3. Users are restricted from copying / distributing / re-printing the books and material purchased from our website. Any violation of this restriction is punishable by Indian law.
  4. The user does not have any right or authority to download / resell / transfer / broadcast / display / distribute / publish / share in any form any of the videos and content from this portal, failing which stringent action shall be initiated against them as per law
  5. User is required to provide correct information at the time of registration. If LMS Platform feels that the provided information is incorrect, then it is the responsibility of the user to provide proof for the information.
  6. In any circumstances, amount once paid will not be refunded.
  7. Once the registration is completed LMS Platform does not transfer user from one branch of engineering to another branch (ex ME to PI).
  8. User/Buyer who is appearing for GATE/ESE/any other competitive exam is required to upload his/her relevant Hall-ticket scanned copy to the portal for future verification.
  9. User is not allowed to give his/her user access details (user name/password) to anyone. After accessing the portal, the user is recommended to logout properly by clicking logout button.
  10. If a User found misusing test series offer, LMS Platform reserves the right to disable such account and initiates action against the users.
  11. LMS Platform reserves the right to use the result of successful candidates in GATE/ESE/any other competitive exam for promoting LMS Platform (current and future) in print/electronic media.
  12. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
